How Did I Get Started?
My Real Estate Journey began at the young age of 18. I was a Freshman in college at Iowa Central Community College. During winter break of my freshman year, I discovered that I did not want to work for money for the next 40 years of my life. I love to travel the world and experience the best of life. I was introduced to a woman named Teran, one of the top Realtors in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, who was a realtor and real estate investor. Teran became my first mentor throughout my first year of college. I spent my two week winter break at her house learning about the MLS and how investing in real estate allows her to travel the world once per month and live financially independent. Teran was house hacking a duplex living for free. She lived in one unit and rented out the other to a tenant. I made a commitment to myself that I would be Financially Independent before the age of 27. I want to help other people achieve Financial Independence and live their dream!
